{"id":38,"date":"2023-06-20T06:22:46","date_gmt":"2023-06-20T06:22:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agriamedia2023.uni-eszterhazy.hu\/en\/?page_id=38"},"modified":"2023-07-17T09:47:46","modified_gmt":"2023-07-17T09:47:46","slug":"guidelines-for-authors","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agriamedia2023.uni-eszterhazy.hu\/en\/guidelines-for-authors\/","title":{"rendered":"Guidelines for Authors"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Abstract submissions guidelines:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The abstract should summarize the substantive results of the work and not merely list topics to be discussed, and it should include the followings:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The title of the presentation<\/li>\n<li>The genre of the presentation (poster presentation, traditional oral presentation)<\/li>\n<li>The name(s) of the author(s), their e-mail address<\/li>\n<li>The abstract (1000-3000 characters, including spaces) should be organized into coherent paragraphs. The abstract should contain the following: the goal of the research, as well as its aspects, methods, most important findings, and its theoretical and practical relevance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>When uploading the abstract, presenters must upload a short (maximum 800 characters) CV and photo. All this will appear in the program booklet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Full papers submission guidelines:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The full paper (max 15 000 characters, including spaces) should be organized into coherent paragraphs. Full papers should contain the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The name(s) of author(s)<\/li>\n<li>The place of work<\/li>\n<li>The author(s)\u2019s e-mail address<\/li>\n<li>The title of the presentation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We kindly ask you to download and use this template.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/agriamedia2023.uni-eszterhazy.hu\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/am2023-presentation-templates.doc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Manuscript template.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>If your full paper is accepted, the camera ready full paper should be uploaded to easyChair not later than 30th of September, 2023.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Symposium submissions guidelines:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Abstracts submitted as part of the symposium must meet the same format and quality requirements as abstracts of full papers.<\/p>\n<p>The chair of the symposium should upload the CV (maximum 800 characters), a photograph of the chair of the symposium and the abstracts of the papers and name the requested opponent.<\/p>\n<p>If symposium papers are accepted, the camera ready full paper should be uploaded to easyChair not later than 30th of September, 2023, by the chair of the symposium.<\/p>\n<p>All participants of the symposium must register on the website (<a href=\"https:\/\/agriamedia2023.uni-eszterhazy.hu\/en\/register\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/agriamedia2023.uni-eszterhazy.hu\/en\/register\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p><strong>The process of uploading:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Click on the magnifying glass on the right side of the abstract submitted to the conference (View)<\/p>\n<p>In the menu on the right, choose &#8220;Update information&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Add file in the right menu and you are done.<\/p>\n<p>Please do not make changes to the abstract data after August 10, 2023.
