Registration fee

Prospective presenters should note that the cancellation of registration must be submitted within 2 weeks (September 14, 2023) after receiving the abstract assessment; otherwise they are obliged to pay the full registration fee. Registered presenters withdrawing from the conference are subject to removal from the program including the academic registration and the conference volume.

The registration fee is 175 €. The registration fee includes the participation in the academic programs, a conference volume, electronic copies of posters on display, refreshments, lunches and the satellite events scheduled for the first day of the conference, including dinner.

Virtual presentation fee: 55 €.
The fee includes the publication of an accepted paper in the electronic conference proceedings.
